CIL Business Facility Management was founded on a simple observation: Nigeria's critical facilities were deteriorating due to poor maintenance practices. Hospitals with failing equipment, government buildings in disrepair, shopping malls with constant breakdowns.
As a division of Collaborative Investment Ltd, we assembled a team of experienced facility managers, engineers, and technicians who understand that different facilities require different management approaches. A hospital is not the same as a shopping mall. A bank building is not the same as a warehouse.
Today, we manage hospitals, government buildings, commercial complexes, shopping malls, filling stations, and bank buildings—ensuring they never deteriorate and always serve their purpose effectively.
